About the event

In a quiet space with a small group, you'll be guided through a meditation and offered a few practical ways to bring mindfulness into your day, helping calm the nervous system and support overall well-being. This meditation practice

will be led by Dr. Nirali Dubal. Dr. Dubal is a board-certified pediatrician, ICF-certified life coach , and MMTCP certified medication teacher. After 25 years in primary care, she recently retired to fully embrace her passion for guiding others towards inner peace and purposeful living.
