What should I expect at my first visit?

Currently there is not a full time front desk staff at SoTA. When you come in, have a seat in the waiting room and your therapist or trainer will come greet you at the time of your appointment. Any needed paperwork will be uploaded onto your profile before you appointment for you to complete. In the evenings, the front door may be locked if you arrive early for your appointment for safety. If you wait, your therapist will be with you shortly before your appointment time.

What should I wear?

For all appointments, please wear clothing you are comfortable moving around in. For physical therapy, please wear clothing where access to your injury is possible.  Additionally, please avoid skirts or dresses. During massages, your state of undress is completely up to your comfort level. Sheets and blankets for draping are used for privacy.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Harrispark shopping center at 1848 Wake Forest Road. Our office is the space furthest away from Wake Forest Road at the end of the strip of offices.

Do you accept insurance?

No, We are a cash-based practice, which allows for longer viists, individualized care, nad treatment focsused on your goals and not insurance limitations.

How much does it cost and how can I pay?

Each one of our services has the associated price listed when you book online. Evaluations with the owner, Holly Burt, are the only sessions that require payment beforehand, but all others requirie payment at time of service. Please add a card on file prior to your appointment to save time checking out. All methods of payment are accepted (AmEx users will incur at 2% service charge). Cash and check are always welcome.  HSA/FSA are also accepted methods of payment.

As we know healthcare can be quite expensive. As a result, we strive to be mindful of your spending at SoTA and work with you on what you can afford when we establish the best plan of care for your budget.
