Insurance details

Currently, we are out-of-network with all insurances. However, SoTA will file physical therapy invoices on your behalf to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service, so any reimbursement received will go directly to you. Claims will go towards you or your family’s out-of-network deductible. We also accept payment HSA and Flexible Spending accounts.
